Sponsorship表，我本人填的这份表格的问题：
1. Are you a New Zealand citizen, or the holder of a current New Zealand residence class visa which is not subject to condidtions under section 49 of the immigration Act 2009? Yes or NO
2. Is your residence class visa subject to the conditions under Section 49 of the Immigration Act? Yes or NO.
什么是Section 49 immigration Act啊？？不懂。。求解
Residence Application 我父母填的那份表格里的问题：
3. Are you or any other person included in this application presently subject to the military service obligations in any country.
Yes
No (if no, and you/they are a citizen of a country in which compulsory military service exists, give details.)
我爸妈都没有参军过，我应该选NO，但是选NO的话，又让我give details.很晕。。。求高手的解答！！谢谢 |
