不时见到一些朋友在询问雇主调查信的内容,我把它贴在这里供大家参考。
调查信的个别问题可能因case而不同,但内容大体包括这些:
1. How many employees does the company have?
2. Please describe the organisational structure of the company (i.e. reporting hierarchy)
3. Is xxx(your name) still employed by xxxxxxx?
If so, when did he commence employment there?
4. How did the company first make contact with xxxx?
5. What is xxxx currently employed as?
6. What are his specific tasks and duties in his position? (Please be as specific as possible as this will be used to decide key components of xxx's application).
7. Why was xxx selected for the role?
8. What is xxx's current remuneration?
9. When was this last increased?
10. How does this fit within the national market rate for xxx's occupation?
11. How many hours does xxx work each week? (please provide copies of xxx's time and wage records for the past three months)
12. Is his position permanent or for a fixed term? If fixed term, why?
13. How is xxx's English ability (across all disciplines)?
14. Any other comments that you consider relevant? |
