我已经买了当小白鼠了一瓶50ml 59.95AUD

他是没顿饭之前喷两下,一天三次

刚喷进去的时候感觉吃了一嘴话梅,然后唾液一直分泌,后面的感觉像喝了中药,

我觉得这个适合不饿还想吃点什么的时候,肯定比药片的负作用小很多

当然减肥也不能只靠药物,运动和饮食也是很重要的

我刚用第一天，只能说是不像过去没次吃饭要吃饱才肯停，现在6，7分饱就可以靠意志力停下了
