得看具体什么车了，不同车charge不同的，可以去邮局让他们给你查一下

it is base on the weight of the vehicle. for example, your car weiight 1.5 ton, it will count as 2 ton.

you need to buy 2 ton weight category RUC.

最多一次交一年，算下来每个月会便宜几刀，最少购买3个月，也就是说3～12个月之间可以自主选择，平均下来买越多越便宜，但也就是几刀的差别

2t的，已经交了5000公里的了，算下来平均能便宜几十刀。
