Chinese IT worker in NZ salary survey ! help everyone !!

I know there are many people in this forum working in the IT industry. So I liked to conduct a survey to see what the salary level for chinese IT professional in NZ. This will help us to identify what are the hot skills to have and to see if we are currently under paid/over paid etc.

So please be honest if you liked to participate

Start with myself, here is an example

Job Title: IT Consultant
Years of commercial experience: 4
Salary: 75k plus 8% bonus
skills: basic java skills, hibernate, web services(Axis 2), some ETL experience (Informatica), general consultancy skills (in other word, talking bullshit and alway share responsibility around)

10 years ago, I was young (mid 20s), just graduated for a few years and very confused about my career and future. I was extremely envy of that salary, and I don't know if I could ever reach that level of salary in my life.

Thankfully after years and years of pursuing my career and perseverance, I'm at that level now and I have everything I wanted (wanted since my mid 20s).

To all the young people out there, never stop dreaming and never stop reach for the star.

Very few people over 100k as I know excluding managers. PS, I have work IT for 9 years.

more or less, 差不多，一般来说从毕业开始每年一万左右的升幅（平均来说 也可能就是一年加5000 下一年跳槽加了15000...)
按现在的市场价 一般纯做技术的大概到100-120的就到顶了（能过110的都已经较少了）

貌似SAP freelancer顧問的PAY基本上都差不多是這個數吧...熱門稀缺的模塊，稀缺的語言，可以高點。另外，我以前有個同事FICO模塊18年經驗的free拿到了我所知道的最高 ...

貌似SAP freelancer顧問的PAY基本上都差不多是這個數吧...熱門稀缺的模塊，稀缺的語言，可以高點。另外，我以前有個同事FICO模塊18年經驗的free拿到了我所知道的最高paid USD185/hr，人家可是從SAP baby做到ECC6.0了。

You do not have to.Just learn sth you can move to different team within your company and you wont get a pay-c ...

Haha, I would suggest you to work on a product you would love to do , rather than work for money.You do not have that much pressure from life to do so.Unless I am wrong.
