刚收到vodafone的txt，说他们圣诞的promo (就是那个发短信，然后一个月minutes double的那个），告诉我开始的日期错了。所以我有两个月的minutes可以double.

大家有收到吗？怎么弄得我有点不敢相信了。

他们的终极回答就是，虽然我们是签约，要看这些分钟还是得发"BAL"到777。

这两年无数次和Vodafone因bill问题打交道，真是太提高我的negotiation skill了。他们的账单系统真的很混乱，前后答案都可以不一样，要多次确认才行。今天打四次电话，终于确认了分钟从今天起就翻倍了。

Sometimes their promotion is very confusing. I got their text saying $2 for 1 hour international calls, I did made some international calls then, but the phone bill is $105 now....

我的今天renew，上午查分钟数发现和以前一样。电话去V问，得到回答是人家修正的之前的“错误”，double minutes要从24/12开始？WTF！

这个答案还是很confusing的。Christmas Eve并不是我的plan renew date，那到时候那分钟该怎么个算法？
