Prefinished engineered flooring will be much quicker to be installed, typical 30m2 only need one day for trademan, and highly recommaded by DIY. the price should be about $150 per m2
Laminate flooring is hard surface floor covering which normally consists of more than 90% wood. an abrasion-resistant wear lay and a decorative layer whic gives the floor its look and pressed onto a coreboard made of wood-based materials. normally use by commercial locations. the price will be around $50-$60per m2.
