We are looking for a single female to joinour lovely home located at Hobsonville.
The house is new, modern & big. Located in a quiet area.It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens & 3 lounges. It also, has asunny nice deck at the back of the house.
Our home location offers an easy access to the Countdown,New world and other shops, restaurants, Cafes & bus stops and within a veryshort driving distance. About 10-minute drive from Westgate shopping center& Northshore. Also, a short walking distance to Scott point beach -brickbat bay.
One Sunny bedroom with a shared bathroom with another 1 female flatmate is available, the bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, mattress, and study. In theliving room upstairs there is a couch, a coffee table and a study.
There is a little dedicated kitchen that is shared byflatmates. The almost new fridge is shared with only flatmate.
Everyone here is very friendly, polite, quiet and enjoys asense of humour.
We are all working professionals.
