Harcourts Hoverd & Co are currently seeking a Personal Assistant with a can-do attitude to provide exceptional support to one of our top performing Sales Consultants.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Taking care of the listing process
AML
Creating marketing proposals
Sale & Purchase agreements
Social media/design work
Writing text for listings
Writing scripts for videos
Being the point of contact between suppliers
Organising open homes
Booking flights/accommodation for events
Travelling if needed
Email management

We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, who is vibrant, energetic, and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing.

Other essential knowledge and skills include:

The ability to work overtime where required
Confident computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use initiative and work proactively
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Good time management and organisation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Fluency in Mandarin with the ability to also read and write in Mandarin
