Sales Coordinator– FMCG Food Industry

• Growing company, dairy export industry

• Food industry FMCG export sales (experience important - but notessential)

Wimpex Ltd is a dry food manufacturing and packaging businessservicing domestic and international markets. The company is developing rapidlyand needs a salesperson to coordinate sales of its product range through exportto Australian and Asian supermarkets, domestic shops and smaller retailers,food service and online sales.

We have an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamicindividual to join our team in an extremely fast paced environment. You willneed heaps of drive and tenacity to work hard, make contacts, talk extensivenumber of details, follow on new and existing contracts details - and deliverexport sales. We are looking for sales support coordinator in Christchurcharea.

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized SalesCoordinator to provide the necessary support to sales. The successful candidatewill become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, bykeeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize theirperformance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Requirements

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English and Chinese language
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
