Position Title: one Manager and  one Second in charge
Sylvia Park store and Botany store looking for one 2IC  and one store manager. Must be able to work for both stores. ( Sylvia Park and Botany store) around 30 hours per week. weekend and one late night work require.

Position: Manager
Department: Retail
Reports to: Regional Manager

The main responsibilities of this role are: Welcoming the client in and make her/him feel at ease. Presenting the L'Occitane products in line with the uniqueness of the brand. Building customer relationships by telling our "true stories" with passion. Assisting and supporting customers in choosing skincare, fragrances, and home products for themselves and as gifts. Developing strong product knowledge of the entire L'Occitane product line and contribute to reach sales according to the objective.

Major Responsibilities:
- Must be flent in English
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Confident in gift wrapping
- Able to work at fast pace.
- Support store operations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a qualitative presentation of the L'Occitane brand.
  (clean, attractive, well presented)
- Participate in promotional activities.
- Participate in training performed.
- Monitor stock and control testers and samples stock.
- Communicate and report to the shop manager and other colleagues.
- Guarantee secrecy of internal information as well as the performance of the brand.
- Know and respect the image as well as the commercial policy of l'Occitane.
- Adopt an ethical attitude with the competition.

Presentation & Required Skills:
- The personal presentation must be in accordance with L'Occitane image:
  (the hairstyle must be simple and neat, discrete makeup.)
- The candidate must be dynamic, service-minded, organized and team-spirit oriented.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.
- Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Passion for customer service, selling, and product knowledge.
- A second language would be beneficial.
