这个是不是需要很快更换屋顶和外墙了？

屋顶倒不是什么问题，就是好好研究一下这个外墙吧。

这房子就是定期刷漆吧，能有啥事，都快50年了，也没见倒啊。
估计定期保养，再坚持50年也不是没可能

外墙不行，不过对有钱搞开发的，是什么都不重要，反正要拔掉。
