砖房？水泥砖房也可以？那种直接拖走的是主体多数木质结构的吧？包括外墙。

is this a serious question?

so far as i know, concrete is a mixture of cement and sand with water as glue, usually the mixture ratio of cement and sand is 1:3, but for some unknown reasons, many houses were built up with concrete far far less qualified than i expected. the bricks are as solid as stone, but the concrete is as fragile as soil, you can even drill your finger into the gap between two bricks. there are just too much secrets in the building market, and many of the professionals are driven by profits, they have forgotten what they were there for.

这么多年水泥早就干透脆硬脆硬的了，可以一点一点的chip掉的，就是费功夫。

我听说好像有人做这种生意，回收二手砖，雇人敲掉水泥，干什么就不清楚了。

铺不讲究的砖墙买那种有瑕疵的新砖也很便宜啊，才几毛钱一块。还各种种类都有。不比用这个贵。

一等品的小砖和中等尺寸的砖都有几毛钱的。何况次品的更便宜了。

卖呀，很贵1到2刀一块，有时候专门要求用老砖。旧房。我就买过，还担心没有一样的，那时候就不关心价格了哈哈

那里买啊？demolition yard？我只知道卖新砖便宜的，还不知道有卖旧砖的。以前认识个学生给人打工工作就是给旧砖敲水泥的。
