这是以前的问题:
Have you ever had any infringements / fines in New Zealand or any other country?
Even if you have paid the fines, please include all your traffic fines (including speed camera fines), fishery
breaches, immigration infringements. DON’T include parking fines.
If Yes. You need to include a letter with the details of what happened.
现在的问题变成:
Have you ever been convicted or found guilty of any offence against the
law of New Zealand or any other country?
Include any convictions even if you have paid the fine
Infringements like speeding or parking tickets become court fines if you don’t pay them on time.
What's the difference between an infringement fee and a fine?
When you are issued a ticket (an 'infringement notice') the monetary penalty recorded on it is called an 'infringement fee'. If the infringement fee is not paid in full by the due date it is referred to the Ministry of Justice for enforcement, when it becomes a 'fine'.
