In December we sold 674 homes, a number in line with the number we sold each month for the previous three months.

The average sales price for December at $939,871 was 2.6 percent higher than the average for the previous three months and the fourth highest on record.

The median price in December at $870,000 was 3.6 percent higher than that for the previous three months and the second highest on record.

哈哈，要是大桥都能被淹的话，估计要世界末日了。被淹的是还没到大桥之前的一段路

连续12个月的销量确实相较前12个月的要少，但是价格没有跌，有涨有跌，属于量跌价不跌，看来是很多房东捂盘惜售。我很好奇这些捂盘惜售的有多少时售转租了，不知道有没有数据显示这个。不管怎样，我感觉房价不会跌，因为人口基数摆着，但是也不会涨到哪里去，因为投资客最近都在观望呢。。。

主要是都出去旅游了，加上天气不好。

说辞一直都有。最近几大护法也不发长文了。论坛也很冷清。
