红烧肉:
带皮五花肉切成大块~
放进滚水中罩去血色~

锅里加入适量水,料酒,老抽,白糖3勺,盐少许,大料1颗,花椒3粒,葱,姜.
全程大火炖肉,25-30分钟.
(很多人做红烧肉喜欢先用油炒肉,然后再焖,但是这样会比较油腻.直接炖出的比较好吃)

差不多汤汁快要收干时,加入鸡精调味~

★★★注意:一定要彻底剔除干净,这道菜是否好吃,这一部是关键,剔除不净的话,会有怪味道~

将腰花用开水略烫,去除血水~

大蒜片爆锅,先将洋葱,尖椒,红泡椒炒散~
然后放入腰花,加入料酒,生抽,糖,盐,鸡精调味,出锅前用水淀粉勾芡~
