1. Operations Executive （运营专员 / 报关操作）
Responsibilities 工作职责： Handle daily customs clearance and freight forwarding operations Prepare and process shipping documents, customs declarations, and import/export paperwork Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies Monitor shipment status and ensure smooth cargo flow Provide timely updates and solutions to clients 负责日常清关与货运操作 制作、提交报关文件及进出口单证 与客户、船公司、航空公司及卡车运输方沟通协调 监控货物运输状态，确保货物流转顺畅 及时为客户提供进展更新及解决方案
Requirements 任职要求： Minimum 1 year of freight forwarding or customs operations experience Familiar with import/export documentation; CargoWise knowledge preferred Fluent in Mandarin and English Detail-oriented, multitasking, problem-solving skills Team-oriented and proactive 至少 1年 货代或清关操作经验 熟悉进出口单证流程，会使用 CargoWise 者优先 中英文流利，沟通能力强 工作细致，能在压力下处理多任务 积极主动，具备团队合作精神
2. Sales Executive （销售经理 / 业务开发）
Requirements 任职要求： Minimum 1 year of sales experience in customs or international freight forwarding Existing client base is a plus Fluent in Mandarin and English Strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills Ability to work independently under pressure 至少 1年 报关或国际货运销售经验 有稳定客户资源者优先 中英文流利，善于沟通与谈判 自驱力强，结果导向 能在压力下独立开展工作
3. Licensed Customs Broker （注册报关师）
Requirements 任职要求： NZ Licensed Customs Broker certification Well-versed in NZ customs regulations and clearance procedures Responsible, detail-oriented, able to manage clearances independently 持有新西兰合法报关代理人执照 熟悉新西兰海关法规及清关流程 工作负责，细致严谨，能独立完成清关业务
* General Requirements 通用要求
Fluent in both Mandarin and English Legally eligible to work in New Zealand Strong team spirit and proactive attitude 中英文流利 具有新西兰合法工作资格 积极主动，团队合作精神强
