We are TatNing Lemon Tea × Sanku Maocai Browns Bay, a brand-new fusion theme store combining spicy Sichuan-style Maocai with refreshing Hong Kong-style Lemon Tea. We’re looking for passionate teammates to bring both flavour and fun to our customers!
Store Manager Experienced in independently managing a restaurant (team leadership preferred) Fluent in English, strong communication with both customers and staff Must hold a NZ Manager and Liquor Control Licence
Kitchen Staff (Full-time) Kitchen experience preferred Hardworking, team-oriented Able to handle fast-paced environment
Front of House / Beverage Crew (Full-time/Part-time) Prior service experience preferred, with milk tea / beverage-making experience an advantage Familiar with drink preparation and able to operate the beverage counter Responsible for order-taking, cashier, serving, and customer communication Strong communication skills in English and Chinese preferred
General Helper / Cleaner Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, and restrooms Assist in keeping the store tidy and organised No prior F&B experience required – just hardworking and reliable
Location: Browns Bay, Auckland
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
