• 达成KPI目标，推动公司增长和业绩表现。

• 处理客户关于配送、价格及产品信息的咨询。

• 向客户介绍最新产品优惠、公司动态及行业见解。

• 遵循公司的销售流程和周期计划。

• 收集并报告市场活动与行业情报。

• 完成周报和月报。

• 在销售系统中维护并更新客户资料。

  
  

任职要求：

• 3-5年快速消费品（FMCG）行业销售经验（优先考虑）。

• 出色的组织能力，注重细节。

• 优秀的人际交往能力，能够建立长期合作关系。

• 出色的口头与书面沟通能力（必须能用英文流利交流）。

• 积极主动，具备超越目标的进取心。

• 能够在动态环境中快速反应并主动采取行动。

• 思维好奇，学习能力强。

Territory Manager - Northshore / Northland

Join Our Dynamic Sales Team!

We’re looking for a highly driven Territory Manager to join our growing team. If you’re organised, an excellent communicator, and motivated to achieve ambitious goals, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for growing our customer base, increasing sales, and managing customer inquiries in your assigned area. Out of town and over-night travel will be required with this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers in your territory (existing and potential).

• Meet KPI targets to drive company growth and performance.

• Handle customer inquiries on deliveries, pricing, and product information.

• Educate customers on the latest product offers, company updates, and industry insights.

• Adhere to our sales process and cycle plans.

• Gather and report on market activity and intelligence.

• Complete weekly and monthly reporting.

• Maintain and update customer data in our sales system.

  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in an FMCG setting (preferred).

• Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in Hindi or Mandarin is advantageous).

• A proactive, go-getter attitude with a mindset to exceed expectations.

• Ability to take initiative and think on your feet in dynamic environments.

• A curious thinker with a high learning capacity.
