• 准确解读施工图纸与技术规范

• 在地基至结构阶段保持施工质量标准
岗位要求： • 至少3 年地基施工或带队经验
• 具备良好的领导能力与沟通协调能力

• 拥有SiteSafe 安全认证，或愿意考取

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Foundation Foreman to lead and supervise our on-site construction crew in delivering high-qualityfoundation work. You will be involved in managing daily activities, ensuringsafety and accuracy, and working closely with project managers on long-termprojects.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor the construction team on-site
- Set out and profile foundation work according to plans
- Accurately interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with top-tier health and safety standards
- Maintain high quality standards from groundwork to structure stage
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Foreman or Team Lead in foundation construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
- Knowledge of New Zealand building codes, site safety, and construction processes
- SiteSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Foundation-related qualifications or certifications preferred
- Mandarin Speaking Mandatory, English Speaking (Preferably)
