About Us:
NZCHEAPCARS is one of New Zealand’s leading used car dealerships, known for offering quality vehicles at unbeatable prices. With branches across the country, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Car Salesperson to join our Tauranga branch.
The Role:
As a Car Salesperson, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, providing expert advice, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their vehicle needs.
• Guide customers through the buying process, offering expert advice on car features and financing options.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our inventory and pricing strategies.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing top-tier service.
• Assist with vehicle presentation and test drives.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to drive sales.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not essential).
• A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve sales targets.
• The ability to work well in a team environment.
• A full and clean New Zealand driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
