- English and Chinese Speaker
The job is to: - deal with customers by phone
- explore new market
- work out a market strategy with the sales team, etc
The daily tasks mainly include: - working as account managers for current customers
- ringing new customers for sale
- answering customers' phone calls and sorting out their issues
- reporting to the manager by writing
- meeting with sales and management
