Join our Riccarton team as a Store 2IC, a leading Mobile tech accessories business committed to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to assist leading retail operations and drive business growth for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
Oversee tech repair services, ensuring timely and accurate repairs while upholding quality standards.
Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and minimize shrinkage.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail management, with understanding of store operations and sales techniques.
Experience in Phone Repair Tech is very preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
