BioVit GMP Laboratories Limited is an Auckland-based (North Shore) dietary supplement contract manufacturer which engage in the developing and manufacturing of health supplements primarily made from natural ingredients. About the Role This is a full time, permanent role. We are seeking a self-motivated Office Administrator to fill this role, expected to start asap. Fresh graduate who has willing-to-learn attitude may also be considered for this role. Training will be provided. Key responsibilities of the role include: General administrative duties to support production and warehousing · Maintaining office and kitchen supplies · Entering accounting data onto Xero accounting software, issuing invoices and monthly reconciliation · Entering employee timesheets and other data entry tasks · Managing payroll using Smartly software · Warehouse management: Inwards goods receipt and ourwards good dispatch and documentation · Supporting and working with other team members as required What we are looking for: · An enthusiastic and committed individual with a can-do attitude · Able to multi-task and handle stress (emotionally stable) · Excellent communication skills · Great team player and willing to learn new things · Good understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) · Good time management skills and a strong work ethic · Good in English · Experience in Xero (accounting software) and Smartly (payroll software) is an advantage but not a must The hours of work Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (hours negotiable) How to Apply · Send us your CV by emailing us: administrator@biovitlabs.com , please do not text or call (as there are too many applicants).
