We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as our Office Administrator, an eye for detail, and a friendly, can-do attitude.
You'll play an important role in helping to support our Property Management team while being part of a positive and friendly office environment.
Flexible working hour, around 30 hours per week
$30 – $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Property Managers Assisting with inspections and viewings Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing documents and correspondence, and maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date client files. Greeting clients as they walk in/answering any queries. Responding to phone calls and emails You have great time management & problem solving skills Conducting routine inspections
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external partners. Ability to multi-task and can think on their feet Property Management software experience is ideal, or Previous office experience in a similar role Fluent in both Chinese and English speaking is a must NZ Full License preferred Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to work as an individual and part of a team Trustworthy, reliable, loyal and punctual
