Great Opportunity An exceptional opportunity awaits for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant-Paid Intern. This role offers the potential for extension, providing valuable hands-on experience in accounting practices within a thriving environment. Responsibilities: - Review, sort, and prepare invoices from systems for processing and payment in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank transactions and maintain accurate records, including producing weekly fund reports.
- Assist the company accountant with GST preparation and other accounting tasks.
- Ensure records are meticulously filed and archived for easy access.
- Collaborate with the team to assist with month-end reports.
- Undertake any other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the accounting function.
Skills and Qualifications: - Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or currently enrolled in such a program.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to proactively accomplish tasks.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Experience with Xero accounting software is preferred, but not essential.
