[size=13.3333px]Aotea Gifts is looking for a passionate Tour Coordinator to join our team in Christchurch. This is a full
[size=13.3333px]time (30+ hours a week) and permanent role. The ideal candidate for this role will have administrative
[size=13.3333px]skills, great communication skills and have previous work experience in relevant industries.

[size=13.3333px]About the role:
[size=13.3333px]-Plan and coordinate tour groups’ visits to our store and review services provided to tour
[size=13.3333px]groups.
[size=13.3333px]-Develop relationships with industry partners such as Chinese Guide and Escorts.
[size=13.3333px]-Work with the Store Manager to maximise Chinese sales in our store.
[size=13.3333px]-Work with a great team.
[size=13.3333px]-Work with other Aotea Gifts stores and Marketing & Tour Coordinators on marketing,
[size=13.3333px]promotions and relationships.
[size=13.3333px]-Work with company Management and Directors on relationship building with Inbound
[size=13.3333px]Operators and the wider Chinese tourism industry.
[size=13.3333px]

[size=13.3333px]Requirements:
[size=13.3333px] Possess great communication, organisational and administrative skills in both English and
[size=13.3333px]Mandarin.
[size=13.3333px] Have exceptional relationship building skills and enjoy socialising.
[size=13.3333px] Enjoy selling and negotiating.
[size=13.3333px] Be fluent in Mandarin, and understand Chinese culture (as you will be responsible for tour
[size=13.3333px]groups from China).
[size=13.3333px] Previous work experience gained in the tourism industry would be advantageous.
[size=13.3333px] Enjoy socialising and building industry relationships.
[size=13.3333px]
