Aotearoa 艺术学院是一家私人培训机构，主要为青少年艺术爱好者提供培训。应家长要求，我们还开设了中学科目的私人辅导。现在，我们需要一名物理导师，负责教授中学物理课程。全职职位，每周至少工作 30 小时，时薪30纽币。工作地点位于北岸的Takapuna。

主要任务包括

• 根据个人和学习需要，规划个人课程和整体工作计划
• 讲授物理理论，帮助学生做练习，解释基本原理
• 根据个人进度和能力分配习题
• 为学生考试做准备
• 评估学生的能力，提供反馈和鼓励、
• 发展和改进教学方法
• 确保了解中学物理课程的最新知识和发展动态
• 与家长沟通孩子的课程和进步情况
• 确保遵守相关的健康和安全标准
• 管理相关的行政工作
  

任职要求

• 物理或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 具备良好的沟通能力
• 熟练掌握中学物理理论和原理
• 对教育充满热情，对学生有耐心
  

Aotearoa Art Academy is a private training establishment that mainly provide training to young art lovers. As requested by parents, we also have private tutoring for secondary subjects. Now we need one Physics Tutor, who will teach secondary school level physics. This is a full-time position with at least 30 hours per week work load, $30/Hour. The location is at Takapuna, Northshore. Please send your CV to our email address.

The main tasks include:

· plan individual lessons and overall program of work based on individual and study need

· teaching physics theory, helping students to do exercise, explaining the underlying principle

· assigning exercises based on individual progress and ability

· preparing students for examinations

· assessing students’ abilities, and providing feedback and encouragement,

· developing and improving method of teaching

· ensuring up-to-date knowledge and awareness of development in secondary school level physics curriculum

· communicate with parents about their child's lessons and progress

· ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety standards

· managing the associated administrative tasks

Requirement for the job:

· Have Bachelor of above qualification in Physics or relevant field

· Have good communication skills

· Have a good understanding of secondary school level physics theory and principles

· Have passion for education and patience with students
