Responsibilities:
lTake full ownership of the financial performance, team management, and strategic direction for a large and intricate market or region.
lLead cross-functional initiatives with global impact, partnering across departments to drive product and operational excellence throughout the organization, providing timely feedback on regional market performance and user data
lAct as the primary representative of 3KM in the region, manage domestic government affairs by developing regional policies and strategies, as well as establishing essential compliance infrastructure for smooth operation.
lServe as the foremost expert in operational matters for your region, advocating and championing operational excellence. Drive end-to-end operational improvements, providing guidance to teams and fostering innovation throughout the company.
lAttract and develop top-tier operational talent, creating a high-performing, values-driven culture. Foster regular feedback, establish clear accountability, and proactively manage performance.
lUtilize astute business analysis to creatively manage resources, identify trends, and implement strategic recommendations that enhance the business in both the short and long term.
lCultivate a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace environment. Prioritize the safety of our staff, riders, and vehicles while empowering the team to experiment and think creatively to achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
lMinimum of 7 years of work experience in operations, management consultancy, financial or business analysis, or an equivalent role in a startup or fast-paced technology business.
lDemonstrated ability to attract, develop, and motivate exceptional operational talent, who can drive operational excellence and guide operational changes.
lStrong working knowledge of real-time marketplaces, including supply and demand economics. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to create compelling narratives and reports.
