我们正在寻找出色且经验丰富的保险行政顾问助理。

关于您 -

作为成功的申请者，您将自然拥有出色的工作态度，并满足以下基本条件：

1-2年以上保险行政助理或保险顾问的经验，同时能说英语和中文

与客户建立融洽关系并满足客户需求对您来说轻而易举（对于经纪人尤其重要！） 合理安排工作负担和时间管理至关重要

您每天都在与团队合作，因此您自然而然是一位熟练的沟通者

您重视职业生涯和个人发展

熟练使用键盘，特别是Word和Excel

您喜欢积极的团队合作和积极的企业文化，并能自由沟通。

您表现出主动性，并与您的经理和顾问积极合作。

请注意，我们将无法考虑没有在新西兰合法工作权的申请者。

ABOUT THE ROLES-

We seek exceptional and experienced Insurance Administrations Consultant Supports.

We look for enthusiasm, energy, professionalism and motivation to build relationships with clients. There’s an expectation to professionally support all aspects in getting great outcomes!
As you’re already an experienced expert in commercial marketing administration work?, you know what these roles entail.

ABOUT YOU -

As a successful applicant, you’ll naturally have a great attitude accompanying the following base criteria:

1-2+ years experience as an Insurance administrator Support or Insurance consultant
Preferably in the Risk Personal Sector but Bilingual in English and Chinese will also be considered
Level 5 compliance: being accredited is a massive advantage but you might be working towards it, or intending to start the qualification
Attention to detail is your uncompromised default position  

Building rapport and working with clients’ needs comes easily to you (particularly critical for Brokers!)
Workload prioritising and time-management is critical

You’re collaborating daily, so you’re a naturally a skilled communicator

Progressing your career and personal development is important to you
Supports (in particular); competency on the keyboard especially with Word & Excel (familiar with CRM, Excel, iBroker? Fantastic!)

Claims – in risk management experience is advantageous or at least familiar with the discipline
Teamwork &
a positive culture is your preferred environment as you communicate freely.

You display initiative & work proactively with your managers and  consultant(s).
