Well established local construction business is looking for a FULL TIME Quantity Surveyor/Construction Adiministrator to join our team.
We are small but dynamic high profile construction firm based in Mt Wellington. For this particular roll you will be involved with a variety of projects - both large and small by providing advice on pricing, prepare relevant documents, follow up tender, assisting with quotes, liaise with clients and suppliers, etc. Great career opportunity to learn and upgrade.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Contract administration
- Measure and ordering material
- Take-offs and Pricing (Planswift)
- Preparing of quotes
