Job Description
SIGNarch is currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant & DesignCoordinator to join its team. This will suit experienced sales/admin/PAwith2 years+ experience. Communication in both Chinese and English is required. SIGNarch is a diverse provider in the residential design industry. Ourteams of project managers, architectural designers, Quantity Survey makerscollaborate to deliver high-quality design and building projects in New Build,Subdivision, and Alteration. We focus on helping our clients get the most outof their land and do our part to provide more quality housing in a city that issomewhat lacking.

Responsibilities include: • Liaise with property owners, developers, professional consultants,real estate agents, and building product providers. • Control sales process and deliver results. • Writing of project proposals, internal reports, andcompany marketing materials. • Compose and post online content on the company'ssocial media accounts. • Assisting with promotional activities. • Support marketing executives in organizing various marketingevents. · Coordinate office activities and operations tosecure efficiency and compliance with company policies. · Manage meetings/agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. · Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages,site complaints etc). · Arrange annual meetings, holiday events,corporate events, gift cards etc and manage contractprocess&documents organize. · Keep up stocks of office supplies, maintain the operation andcleanness of the office environment. · Personnel management of employee vacations, requests for leave,training, new employees and existing employees annual review scheduled, etc. · Create& Update records and databases with personnel, financialand sub-consultants’ information and so on. · Support budgeting and manage bookkeeping procedure (manageinvoices & receipts, timesheet etc). · Assist account on managing MYOB status. · Support designer on Council documentation submission. · Support Director and assist colleagues whenever necessary. · Follow up the project progress after the schemeplan, or the project after the quotation. 任务: • 与业主、开发商、专业顾问、房地产经纪人和建筑产品供应商联络。 • 控制销售流程并交付结果。 • 撰写项目建议书、内部报告和公司营销材料。 • 在公司的社交媒体帐户上撰写和发布在线内容。 • 协助公司的促销活动。 • 支持营销主管组织各种营销活动
