PappaRich Sylvia Park is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional hospitality. Location: Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, Auckland
Availability: Full-time (including weekends and public holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service Lead the team during busy hours and maintain service quality Train and guide staff in delivering excellent customer experiences Handle customer feedback in a professional and timely manner Assist with scheduling, stock control, and hygiene compliance
Requirements:Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is essential Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a strong advantage Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to customer service Basic Mandarin speaking skills are required (to communicate with team members and certain customers) Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine is a plus
