We are looking for a flatmate in a brand-new, quiet and spacious home. There is a bus station en route to City Central andAlbany in two minutes walking distance and to Takapuna in three minutes. Glenfield shopping mall is also within nine minutes walking distance. It is a double bedroom with a built-in double-doorwadrobe, furnished with a bed, desk and chair. $220 per week inclusive of water, electricity, andwifi (fibre).
