Can try to release the loan to your Lawyer trust account and start paying your loan + interest.
You will need to discuss it with your lawyer.
There is a clause in Agreement (i think), that said if it is a new build, it is illegal for settlement to occur and there will be a fine imposed on the developer if it happens and criminal liability. (something like that).

Your lawyer will release the loan + your money when there is CCC /title and settlement happen that way.
There will be some writing between your lawyer and the bank regarding this arrangement. |
