Job Title: Office Administrator
Key responsibilities: · Undertaking reception duties including greeting visitors, handling of phone calls/emails, couriers, and mail. · Resolving/escalating customer queries in a timely manner. · Assisting the General Manager of Keystone Capital and undertaking office administrative tasks. This role report to the General Manager of Keystone Capital directly. · This role will be involved in various marketing activities undertaken by Keystone Capital and will have direct connection with our customers. · This role has great potential to grow with the business and take more responsibilities along the way. This role has great exposure to financial services and property development projects which is a rare and valued opportunity in the market.
Skills and Experience:· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Essential · Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills – Essential · Excellent rapport and relationship building skills – Essential · Excellent attention to details – Essential · Taking ownership of tasks – Essential · Experience in administrative roles – Nice to have · Experience in using/maintaining social media accounts – Nice to have · Experience in real estate industry– Nice to have · Fluent speaker of English and Mandarin – Essential
