現持open working visa,需重新申請

Info: I have approved with an open working visa since September 2019 and will be expired next year September 2022.
Currently working as a Software Tester in a same company in Auckland for almost 2 years and my company is a accredited company.

Question: Should I apply for the New visa (Accredited employer work visa) before my visa expiries or should I apply a exisiting work visa when I still can?

My plan was to apply an EOI when I have reached my 3 years experences working as a software tester(Long term shortage skill list requirement), so no matter what, I would need to apply for an working visa to able to work and wait for the EOI to be approved.

It will be approciate to have some opinion from you guys.

你在2022年3月的时候就要准备工作签证申请
因为你不可能是2019年9月开始上班正好到2022年9月满3年，更不可能在2022年9月OPEN工签到期的正好时间把EOI的PR申请递交上去
所以你必须在2022年3月（你OPEN到期前6个月）就申请一个工作签证，大概率会给你2年或者3年
拿到这个签证，等到你工作满3年，然后再交PR申请就可以了

可以走WTR, EOI 不知道什么时候开， 可以考虑搞个Talent(accredited employer) work visa 吧。

你好，楼主。WTR和EOI可同时考虑。在等待EOI的同时，也努力找找高薪的工作。这样，一旦EOI开了，很可能就能加速处理，比WTR会更快。
