Experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager Wanted.

We are known for our precise Lifting, Sliding, Levelling and Foundation work. OurLifting expertise includes lifting houses for repiling, basementconversions, renovations, subsidence works, and house re-positioning. Due to continuous business growth, we are currently seeking an IntermediateQuantity Surveyor / Project Manager joining our professional specialistteam. This is a dynamic and challenging role which plays as an important part to achieve company financial targets.

We are only looking for someone whocan commit long term, take pride in their work and have a good work ethic.

What we expect from you:

·      Analysis of contract documents, budgets, estimates andsubcontractor quotations

·      Reviewing contract terms and conditions

·      Negotiating favorable outcomes with clients,subcontractors and suppliers

·      Risk management and problem solving

·      Assessing payment claims and variations

·      Measuring, estimating and valuing variation claims

·      Compiling and submission of variation claims

·      Monthly cost reporting and accurate cost forecasting

·      Managing relationships with clients and key projectstakeholders

·      Working with the project team to ensure maximumprofitability

·      A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management related

·      A minimum of 3 years relevant experience

·      Experience seeing a project through to final account

·      Experience with cost control, budget monitoring andreporting on projects

·      Experience with risk management

·      Experience leading and developing a team of QuantitySurveyors

·      An ability to work with numerous stakeholders at variouslevels
