I am looking for flatmates for 2 available double bedrooms in a beautiful house in Epsom.

Both rooms are on the 2nd floor and are both sunny and warm and both have built in wardrobes.

There is a parking space available at the back of the house as well as plenty of on street parking. There is a also a very large garden so you can grow fresh vegetables and fruits and enjoy sharing them together
' e. N, S1 `) t% F$ F& [, h' O4 J; [房屋后面有一个停车位，路边也有很多。 房屋自带花园，可以种菜等等。
; h- B+ y1 B+ i4 O( dThere is a bus stop close to the house just 3 minute walk away and also just a 7 minute walk away from a Countdown supermarket and the train station. There is also a Community Centre close by that offers free English conversation classes every Wednesday and Saturday! !!
