Ideally, this would suit someone with experience with Barfoot & Thompson systems or real estate in general, however what is more important is the right attitude, great attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.  

The role is approximately 30-40 hours per week and tasks would include:

1.   generating vendor reports from MyDesktop

2.   preparing marketing material in Campaign Track

3.   assisting with the preparation of sales appraisals

4.   data entry & database management

5.   assisting with open homes on occasion

6.   assisting with photoshoot set up and managing home staging extras etc.

7.   social media management.

8.   Paper work of new listings.

Skills requirements:

-      Fluent English in writing and speaking

-      Basic designing skills.

Location: Barfoot Ellerslie

Hourly rate: $21/h, 30-40hours/week
