Onsite motel manager wanted in Christchurch

We are looking for motel manager, the motel is located in the city centre of Christchurch. We require the applicant who is willing to learn, reliable, and with strong customer service skills, having motel working experience is prefered but not a must,  Fluent English is the basic requirement. You must hold a valid work visa at the moment.

Job responsibilities:

·         Meeting and Greeting Guests

·         Completing check in and check out

·         Answering Calls

·         Handling enquires and reservation via website, email

·         Solving problems occur during guest’s stay

·         Assisting the cleaning staff with the makeup of rooms, if required

·         Laundry

·         Fixing small broken items

·         Gardening

·         Pricing and purchasing

·         Preparing reports to the director

·         Supervising housekeepers

·         Other tasks
