We are a motelwhich locates 4km away from the Auckland airport. We are currentlylooking for an experienced full-time receptionist who has a genuineinterest in the wellbeing of people to assist managing the whole operationof the motel business and to maintain long-term professional relations with ourstakeholders. Your main dailyresponsibilities include but not limited to the following: l Process and assist with check-in, check-out ofguests, ensuring all procedures are adhered too. l Lead by example when attending to guestrequests. Be proactive and resourceful. l Take initiative to ensure that interactionswith our customers are positive and productive. l Have the necessary skills and training toactively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers. l Assist in all areas of the hotel during peaktimes to eliminate potential issues. l Responsibility for the health and safety ofall patrons, guests and staff members.
