We are a design orientated boutique studio based in east Auckland, predominantly on high end and medium density residential, and occasional light commercial projects.


About the role
Due to our on-going and recently secured projects, include oversea projects in Australia, we are now seeking an intermediate to senior level technician who can handle working drawings and Building Consent documentation autonomously.

Skills and experience
We are looking for the following qualities:
Strong ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD skills
Minimum 2 solid years of local experience high-end & medium density housing projects
Able to work autonomously on working drawing / BC documentation with minimal assistance.
Familiar with NZS3604 & local Building Code
Competence in technical detailing & application of local products
Professional presentation with strong communication and people skills
Experience in coordinating consultants, suppliers and contractors
Must be fluent in written & spoken English
Have a team player, proactive and enthusiastic personality
