We invite you to our lovely spacious 4 bedroom house in Birkenhead, North Shore.
There are 3 friendly young kiwi asian working professionals (2 korean, 1 vietnamese) living here.
The ferry or bus to the CBD is within 10 ~ 15 minute walk.
The highbury mall is 10 ~ 15 minute walk as well.
The relatively smaller room is $ 160, slightly larger room is $ 185, large room is $ 205. You may choose to your liking.
Internet and power bills are divided evenly between flatmates.
Leave notice is 2 weeks, bond is 2 weeks. We would like someone to stay long term.
