Even with CV dropping in 2020, the sale by then can be 10 -20 % above CV value depending on the market condition.
It is like a rubber band between Council's CV and people's sentiment on the property market.
History will prove itself, this period (2019 -2025) could be a good period for acquisitions. There will be some drama unfolding that will flatten people's confident, haha.... people's confidence will not be forever low, after winter, they all look forward to spring.
There is a season of change, so as there is a season for property cycle.
