遇到诡异事件，人在飞机上未开手机 被charge漫游接听电话！！！。。

遇到诡异事件，求教：从国内回奥克兰，飞机实际10:50降落 ，之前手机关机，降落后开机发现从8点到10点多，被电话公司charge 7次，每次1刀的roaming received calls。贪便宜用的warehouse的卡，其实是2 degree的网络和服务。钱不多，但感觉很诡异和荒谬，和客服email联系后，他们坚持认为自己的计费系统无错，是我的航空公司提供了某种服务，回复如下：
Looking into your account you have been charged $1 per transaction for calls from the number  +8615654224.
This appears to be a number which originates in China.
If you did not receive any calls while you were on your flight I would recommend contacting the airline directly, as there seems to have been a charge generated for a service used.
It can happen that these charges are generated from connecting to airplane services.

As it stands the charges are valid from our end as they were used on services rendered.

Please do feel free to go to a third party to lay a complaint.
However given the airline you flew and the number that was responsible for the generation of charges on your account, we still recommend contacting the airline as this looks like some kind of in flight service.
There is not anything wrong with our services, you have been charged for a service used and we do stand by this.


南航破飞机还能代接电话？我自己猜测应该是联系接机的人不断呼叫我的电话。但为何会收费，钱不多,但难保以后会不会同类事件发生，但客服好像也很肯定他们是对的，让我feel free to lay complaint to third party....
