Looking at United Kingdom ( UK/ Britain) election, there will be some surprises in store for NZ's coming election.
Don't be surprised, " housing supply" " investors / speculators" will be an area any political party will want to hammer on...
Last month's sale was like 2008 / 2009 volumes of sale --- ha, considering the number of houses has increased in the last 8 years, it shows the volume of sale is worst than the GFC ( 2008/2009).
Credit ( bank loans) is a blood line to the property market, cut the credit, cut the flow of capital, soon the effects will ( already happening) flow through the entire market.
