1。 零售商倒闭的越来越多，以后尽量少买gift voucher, 预付款，之类的。造房子，也要特别小心。

(As an aside, be very careful when paying adeposit to get a house built. Builders are facingrapid cost changes, problems keeping to schedulebecause of inconsistent materials availability, andshortages of tradespeople. Make sure whoeveryou sign with has a completion insurance schemein place to cover you if they go under. Builders failall the time all around the world.)  

2。 work from home会是趋势吗？机器人代替人工，会让人怎么流动？

People arechoosing congestion, choosing to be where livingcosts are high, because they choose involvementas close as possible to the coalface of thetechnological knowledge-based age we are livingthrough. Remote living is feasible. But few chooseit and in the case of IBM, the multi-decadeworking from home program for employees hasbeen scrapped. Productivity gains nevermaterialised as expected.

In addition, a recent research project looking athow expected robotisation will affect the USeconomy concluded that it is the small to mediumsizedlocations which will fare the worst becausethey have a smaller proportion of their jobs whichare difficult to mechanise. Big cities will get biggeras people shift for employment opportunities –eventually.

3。人口会继续向大城市流动，还是小区域？

In the NZ context this reinforces our key point ofwarning regarding the regional housing markets. The population outflow many investors areanticipating from Auckland to the likes of Taranakiand Hawkes Bay will not happen. At the marginsome people will shift. But the bulk of shifters willbe looking toward our other two (mini)agglomerations of Christchurch and Wellington.

回来几十年了吧？话说这里的大部分公司高层土生土长没有过OE的几乎没有啊。。。

这里的零售MALL太烂了， 每个MALL基本都一样，一样的店铺，一样的无聊，毫无购物乐趣。。不衰败才怪。
我觉得可以学学香港和新加坡MALL的模式。更多亚洲元素，更多的多元化。
本地KIWI本来就是挺傻的，购物的档次和品位又很低。拉动不了消费增长。
我现在一年在MALL里估计都花不了100块。。。毫无欲望。

严重同意， 根本没有去MALL的兴趣。

不能指望KIWI或者澳洲投资者来改变购物模式， 他们思想早僵化了，不思进取。反正就是等着自然衰败。
创新的购物体验模式都在亚洲，中国， 日本，韩国， 香港地区。
不知道什么时候这些地方的商业投资者来这个鸟不拉屎的岛啊。。。

怎麼有些字是黏在一齊沒空格的 ??  看的辛苦。

嚴格來說，零售业是指有實體店的零售模式，主要是很多生意轉移到網上去了。能夠在網上買到的，沒必要在實體店買，而且成本的原因，實體店定價往往比網上店貴。
