请问casual employees的public holiday pay问题

请问casual employees在public holiday怎么发工资呢，我知道其他的按正常发，但是casual有时候一周10小时，有时候12,15的，不固定。可public规定是：Employees get a paid day off on a public holiday if it’s a day they would have normally worked on. If they work on that public holiday they’re paid time and a half and get an alternative day off.
那public holiday应该是发工资吧，可如何计算

will you be working on the public holiday? if so then you'll get 1.5 pay if not then you dont get paid.

这个要看情况的，就是说那天如果不是public holiday的话是否要工作，比如平时工作时间周一到周五，public holiday是周五放假，那就需要支付那天的工资。

金额的话有两种方法，一种是如果平时有排班的话就付那天正常工作的时间，如果时间不固定比如上周工作5小时，上上周工作7小时这样，按照过去52周内的平均值支付。

If you work on the public holday you will get 1.5 pay and also get an alternative day off.
