签证过期5天

一直没注意签证到期时间 本来12号到期 记成21号到期了 今天递到移民局 回家看复印件才发现已经过期了 我办的是续签配偶工签 老婆是PR 之前给了1年的open工签  现在该怎么办

既然已经递了申请，那就等移民局联系你，然后解释一下。之前学生签的时候试过过期了3天，然后递申请的时候就写了解释信，说一下前因后果。好像要多交点申请费还是罚款！就批了！

你申请续签是什么时候？还是未申请？。。。。

未申请的话赶紧找专业的帮你，我觉得你这个情况很好解释，就是忘了，但是越早越好。

You should send in a cover letter to explain your circumstances as fully as possible, and also provide any appropriate evidence to support your request. The following are from the Immigration website:

-your personal details such as your name, date of birth
-the reasons you stayed in New Zealand unlawfully after your visa expired
-any reasons you can’t return to your home country, or another country and apply for a visa from there
-any information about your personal circumstances, such as family and employment, that support your reasons for wanting to stay in New Zealand


Send your request together with your supporting documents to:
